  • Danielle ‏‏‎ ‎

My name is Danielle but most people call me Dani! I graduated from Grand Canyon University with my Masters in Biology and emphasis in education. I have been in the veterinary field since 2014. I am the practice manager here at Kohn. I have always been very passionate about animals and wanting to ensure they get the best care they need. I love the relationship that I get to develop not only with the patient but the clients as well. Some of my veterinary interests include: behavior, surgery, and radiology. I also teach a veterinary assistant program at Triton College! In my down time I like to read a good book, relax with my husband and pups binge watching netflix, and work on DIY projects!

  • Jade

Jade has worked in the veterinary field since 2012. She has always been infatuated with animal knowledge and got an Animal Science degree from Illinois State University. Her veterinary special interests are client education, dentistry, and animal rescue. She also teaches veterinary assistant training classes at Harper College! Currently, she is enrolled in a veterinary technician program in hopes of obtaining her license. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, her husband, and 4 cats Luna (pictured), Chai, Siri, and Mina.

  • Bianca
    Veterinary Assistant

I graduated from Illinois State University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science. Since graduating, I developed a foundation of information in the veterinary field as a receptionist and have since utilized that knowledge as a veterinary technician. I love this field because we not only develop relationships with our patients but also with our clients. I always find fulfillment in attending to both the needs of our animal companions and those who love them. I am also thrilled to be working with exotic animals! When I'm not working I can be found singing along at a concert, cherishing a Broadway production, or cuddling up to a movie at home with my husband and fur babies.

  • Gabrielle ‏‏‎ ‎
    Receptionist

Gabrielle has worked in animal sheltering and veterinary medicine in the Chicago community for a decade. She is especially experienced in behavior management and is passionate about helping pets and their people learn to care for one another better. She lives in the city with her husband and three rescue pups!

  • Justyna ‏‏‎ ‎
    Receptionist

Since I have been a little girl I have always loved animals of all kinds, especially marine life. Growing up I have always wanted to be a zoographer and/or oceanographer. Traveling the world seeing and experiencing all the wildlife out there.  I have been a receptionist for quite some time now and truly love what I do. To me it is a best of both worlds kind of role. I get to not only see all the adorable fur babies but also create a genuine bond with their parents.

  • Claudia ‏‏‎ ‎
    Veterinary Assistant

Hi, I’m Claudia! My career started when I graduated high school in 2018. Knowing that working with animals was always my passion and being a veterinary technician was my end goal, I began working at a doggy daycare in Northbrook. I spent a few years there, then worked at two clinics before finding myself at Kohn in 2023. At Kohn, I’m grateful to be able to expand my knowledge and fine tune my skills every day, while forming meaningful relationships with our patients and their humans. If you tell me a patients first and last name, I know who you’re talking about, and 90% of the time, I have a picture of them in my phone too. In addition to being hands-on in the treatment area every day, I manage the clinics social media accounts as well. I take great pride in the fact that I have the ability to share mine and my team’s devotion through my camera and captions.  I plan to further my career by completing a veterinary technician program to obtain my license. When I’m not at the clinic (or petsitting), you can find me at home eating my comfort snacks and watching reality tv shows with my best friends- Kisses (a tuxie), Popcorn (orange DLH), Teddy (min pin) and my sister, Nicole (human). • Alondra ‏‏‎ ‎
    Receptionist

My name is Alondra! I love all animals. They deserve nothing but the best. I have been working in the field for 6 years. Nothing brings me more happiness than helping owners get the help they need for their pet! My dog Kuda is a silly boy who enjoys going on adventures to new parks and forest preserves. Being in nature is a big part of our lives.

  • Sabrina ‏‏‎ ‎
    Veterinary Assistant

I have always felt more bonded to furry critters (hairless ones also!). One of my favorite first jobs had been at a pet daycare/boarding facility. Over the years, I’ve gained my pet handling experience through working at different kennels & daycares. I’ve been a part of the VetMed world since 2022 and love all aspects of my job! Very grateful I get to do what I do :)
